Hello!! my name is Kaji! I studied linguistics education as my masters course and Iâve attained several teaching licenses not only with regards to linguistics but also in science subjects, which I think is unique in Japan lol ð Iâve recently gotten into studying Traditional Chinese Medicine because of my curiosity in the scientific aspects of things haha. But I digress! My main priority is to customize and optimize lessons just for you! It is paramount for us to get to know each other very well when it comes to making lesson that are proactive, meaningful, and enjoyable! So tell me! what aspects would you like to improve in? ð
ãMy plans and direction regarding our lessons (and for the learner)ã
I sincerely welcome all levels from beginner and advanced !ð
I teach Japanese via both Japanese and English in my lessons (I hope to incorporate Chinese in the future too!).
âŧ âI donât have confidence in my Japanese, but I want to challenge receiving lesson in JapaneseðĨâ
This is a great spirit ðŠ that I welcome! yeah, of course, I am open to conducting lesson in Japanese. no worries, I am an easy-going teacher. please do not hesitate to ask âcan you say that one more timeâ until you understand my words. And please donât pretend to understand if you donât, okay? :)
âŧâ I am afraid my english is not good enough to attend the lessons ðĨâ
No worries! I use only easy English terms and avoid perplex phrases. please relax and tell me âI did not catch your wordsâ if you happen to miss what I said. I will then slowdown and articulate my words more carefully or paraphrase for each time! ð
In my lessons, I use a real whiteboard or a web whiteboard (shared by my screen) and will concurrently go through the learning materials together with you. After each lesson I will give each of you as much feedback as I possibly can.
Speaking of which... what do you think of learning Japanese through manga or movies? or how about learning Japanese through songs or lyrics? singing and learning can be a great way to learn too ðķ
ãExperiencesã

Let's learn business Japanese with an emphasis on accuracy and precision, and review when it is appropriate to use polite Japanese (äļåŊ§čŠ), respectful Japanese (å°æŽčŠ) and humble Japanese (čŽčēčŠ). I will also introduce vocabulary that makes you sound smart. This is important in formal situations!
Academic Japanese:
This is for learners who are thinking of studying a major at a Japanese academy. The academic disciplines I can cover are linguistics, education, physiology, Japanese history, nutrition, astronomy, and general chemistry. We can look up special terms and accumulate knowledge in these academic disciplines (I am sorry that I am not familiar with other subjects, but I am currently focusing on information technology research as well).
