Students who have had little exposure to English, but are able to use isolated words, common phrases and basic pronunciation.
Able to understand but may not be able to express simple language.

Students at this level will have enough vocabulary and grammar to communicate at a basic level in familiar environments.

Students at this level can maintain simple conversation and/or perform day to day functions but only in common or familiar environments.

ð 10years of experience working as a translator and interpreter, from English to portuguese and vice versa in South Africa, I worked mostly in the medical field translating and interpreting consultations, prescriptions and diagnostics, but also worked with tourists translating and interpreting from fun trips to tourist attractions to shopping trips.
ð I have a TEFL Certificate and experience teaching English and Portuguese online to students all over the world, from different cultures and ethnicities.
