I will encourage you to talk in a stress-free atmosphere. We can combine grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and reading. I will provide you with all materials for our classes. -Italian for Intermediate and Advanced I will help you advance: we will use mainly articles, videos and audios to enhance your vocabulary, learn common colloquial expressions and understand the different accents. In this way you will be able to understand spoken Italian at its natural pace and will become fluent and confident when speaking to native Italians. -Conversation Italian I will pick a topic of your interest and engage you in a conversation where you will refine your Italian fluency and feel more confident. This session can be used to practice Italian in different situations: a job interview, to discuss about your favorite trip or simply to talk about what you have done during the weekend. -Italian for brave travellers In this course you will rapidly learn to manage basic communication in Italian and to handle practical situations like ordering food, finding an accommodation or using public transports. -Italian for avid readers You will be introduced to the most influential writers of contemporary Italian literature such as Pier Paolo Pasolini, Natalia Ginzburg, Elena Ferrante and many more. They will offer you interesting insights into the socio-political framework and into the literary trends of the last two centuries. I adapt my lesson according to your interests and needs. In every lesson you will find something interesting and stimulating. I teach general, academic and business Italian. I can also help you to prepare for language exams. My communicative approach allows the students to speak without inhibitions. I use authentic materials which reflect different aspects of everyday life. I usually start with a written text, a video, or an audio recording, then I focus on vocabulary and grammatical analysis. Finally, with a role play you will be asked to “act” in a simulated situation according to the topic just studied. You will receive feedback and support after each lesson.
