My strength as an English instructor is, to start with, being resourceful and sensitive to students’ needs. I am naturally a creative and flexible person, and this advantage triggers the smooth reach-out to the learners of various ages and personality characteristics. Moreover, my academic training in TESOL has equipped myself with the well-developed principles of second/foreign language acquisition. Most of the time, my sensitivity to my students’ individualization leads to the eventual advancement in their long term learning.
