The goal here is for you to be comfortable with speaking in English, having conversations without thinking too much about the fact that you are learning, but rather enjoying, speaking a language. Still I will, unless you don't want me to, provide some corrections/suggestions moderately for you to improve. I am an international student that has been studying abroad. And I've been through the struggle of talking in English fluently and effortlessly with my classmates and friends. It took me months to actually feel comfortable talking in English without too much translations running through my head. The key really is just practice.
