In this period, also had some considerable one to one contact with American and European artists, agents, managers, tour managers and staff. I also have considerable experience in drawing and revising international contracts and artirts schedules, also in guiding group calls. Before that, worked at Apple's customer service in São Paulo, where I was required to take bilingual calls and register of all procedures and troubleshootings. Finally, also worked for a short time period as a private English teacher for kids and teenagers from 5 to 17.
