To thoroughly ascertain students level of exposure to English language, i usually apply the test teach test approach. For each approach i adopt to teaching, i do so bearing in mind the different learning styles and cognitive abilities of students. During my lessons, i make my students comfortable and happy to learn English language. I also achieve this by focusing on your learning styles and making my lessons very interactive and fun.
