I love to make a genuine connection with whoever I'm conversing with, even if our conversation is basic. Our lives are short, and it's important that we communicate what really matters. I also recognize the importance of building foundations in language - and this is done by repetition and mimicry, by reading and listening and learning phrases which are then digested and used freely in conjunction with one's own thoughts.
