Tzu-Ching Leejun 26, 2024For these few sessions we're discussing for feedback and how to give a feedback, and it's very useful to present as leadership at workplace. And yes I do believe people who have "principles" then to generate the "core value" and will present themselves to "leaderships". I'm also glad I get to identify my fears of speaking in front of people is one: speaking in front of a camera, since I don't get to see their faces, and two: I haven't got a chance to speak on stage and it's the first intention I started this class. But it's nice to have you Tammy as not just a life guide but also a internet friend from time to time, so I get to say whatever is in my mind and be the authenticate me!
Steven Linjun 23, 2024Tammy, great to see you again this week. I talked to you my new goals and what I plan in my jobs in the near future. Part of my shifts were inspired by your encouragment and that give me more confidence to transform myself towards a new version of myself. I know except for knowing my personality I do need to learn some tools and methods to apply with my style of leadership. This made me excited on what whould that be looked like.
