She is a good teacher. After she taught me the alphabet, she asked me to repeat the pronunciation and the vocabulary I had just learnt, in order to make sure I had remembered the knowledge.

I don't even know where to start in truth! Wow! I've used a few different tutors in the past but Zakir's manners and knowledge are just a cut above. He's so easy to talk to, friendly, patient and a very good guide, not only made my learning easy, but fun! It's nice to be able to laugh while I learn, I feel so at ease in class. Very nice lessons with one of the best tutor. Ustaad was happy to stop and answer questions at any time. He gave examples and detailed descriptions where required. This made understanding a lot easier for me. It's good to be able to have fun while learning and feel like you are making good progress. He is a great teacher ma sha Allah.

I speak very broken Urdu and honestly these classes have given me the confidence to try and speak my mother tongue not only at home but when the opportunity arises outside. The classes are brilliant and I am genuinely able to have a laugh with my teacher and also learn. Ustaad is a fantastic teacher and he has done a great job customizing lessons to match my learning needs and goals. I have chosen to learn Punjabi through songs/spiritual writings, and so far, he has picked perfect songs for me to learn from.

It was a very good class. Revised "mujhe" in conjunction with "chahiye" and "pasand" - expressing wishes & likes/dislikes. The lesson provided plenty of opportunities of speaking around the familiar topics of family, food & drinks, shopping, celebrations and plans for the near future. The teacher was, as always, very supportive and encouraging and provided appropriate assistance and corrections when necessary while promoting independent responses and sentence building. Discussed plans for the next week including revision of the tenses.
